The kitchen in Boston, is similar to the rest of New England cuisine, placing great emphasis on seafood and dairy products. His most popular dishes are the clam chowder in New England, fish and chips (usually young cod or cod), baked beans, lobsters, steamed clams and fried clams.
Boston has many restaurants, including those that integrate different ethnic cuisines. Since the 1980s, Boston has undergone an unexpected culinary renaissance in his life, led by nationally recognized chefs such as Jasper White, Ming Tsai and Todd Español. Their restaurant, Summer Shack, Blue Ginger and Olives, have enhanced foodie options in Boston.
The Union Oyster House is the oldest restaurant in the United States is in operation, which opened its doors for the first time in 1826.105 The menu includes oysters on the half shell served directly from a bar of oysters, clam chowder in New England, and other seafood dishes. Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall Marketplace part, has a variety of restaurants and food shops. Chinatown has a variety of Asian restaurants, bakeries and shops. Besides dim sum, there are several Japanese restaurants, Korean and Thai in the neighborhood.
In the North End are many Italian restaurants, pizzerias and bakeries, and cafes on Newbury Street several ethnic groups. Copley Plaza Hotel offers a multitude of restaurants including a food court at the Prudential Center, which is also the headquarters of Legal Sea Foods, a chain of seafood restaurants in New England.
